Mr Masha holds a B.A. in Economics(Ohio State University) and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Akron, Ohio. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.

Upon the completion of his MBA program he joined the then IBTC- Investment Banking & Trust Company Ltd (now IBTC Chartered Bank Plc). He started out in the Corporate Finance Department where he analysed, packaged and executed the bank’s corporate finance mandates. The mandates included Debt and equity issues, mergers and acquisitions as well as other financial advisory assignments in companies such as Cement Company of Northern Nigeria (CCNN) debenture rights issue, Presco public offer, Unipetrol (Oando)/ Agip Merger, Bendel Cement/Edo Cement Scheme of Arrangement, and the Lagos State Bond Issue.

Mr Masha joined Investors and Trust in 2006.
