Dr. Rauf Abiola Masha, holds a Ph.D degree in Economics from the University of Cincinnati Ohio, United States of America.
Dr. Masha worked in top management position in the Central Bank of Nigeria from 1979 –1986 before he was appointed Commissioner for Finance in Lagos State in 1986.
He served in this position until January 1992 after which he joined Investors and Trust as its Chief Executive.
