Mrs Olasewere studied Business Administration with specialization in Finance at the prestigious Ohio State Univeristy, Columbus, Ohio, USA graduating as a Dean’s List Scholar in
1999. She also obtained an MBA in Finance and International Management from the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio USA in
2003.
She worked as Financial Accountant at Exel USA, between June 1999 and July 2001; Project Manager-Financial/Costing Group at Freightliner LLC (a Daimler Chrysler Group Company)
between May 2003 and December 2003. On her return to Nigeria in 2004, she further developed her interest in Finance/Accounting and Business Strategy. Between 2004 and 2007,
she was Senior Associate at Alliance Consulting/Frontier Capital, and became a Senior Business Consultant at Ericsson Nigeria providing consulting services and advice to mobile operators in
sub Saharan Africa on revenue generating strategies, go-to-market planning and sales for mobile data. She was appointed Regional Marketing and Strategy Head in the same company in
August 2010, a position she has held to date.
She joined the Board of Investors and Trust in December 2014 as Non Executive Director.
